What DIGIT-TM3 is.
DIGIT-TM III is the European Commission’s flagship framework contract for external IT and digital services, covering the 2026 - 2030 period. As the successor to DIGIT-TM II, it introduces an updated delivery model designed to reflect today’s technological and regulatory landscape, expanding the scope of services while strengthening cybersecurity, data protection, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
The framework brings together experts across the full lifecycle of digital solutions: from project and service management, business analysis, architecture, and UX/UI design to software development, testing, operations, cloud, data engineering, and advanced analytics. Through TM3, experts can contribute to the digital systems that support the day-to-day work of the European Commission and other EU institutions.
