Manage the implementation of IT projects to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality

Manage and coordinate the design, deployment, and maintenance of technical infrastructure components including servers, networks, storage, cloud environments, and security systems

Manage and deliver highly complex IT projects in accordance with Project Management Office (PMO) standards

Understand project goals and objectives, and ensure that projects are setup to achieve these goals

Define and manage the scope, schedule, budget and plan for projects throughout the lifecycle

Define communication plans and maintain excellent overall communications throughout the project

Proactively identify and manage all significant issues and risks and escalate as necessary

Ensure infrastructure components meet performance, scalability, availability, and security requirements across multiple IT projects

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to assess technical feasibility, align with architectural standards, and support integration across enterprise systems

Oversee infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle management as part of project deliverables

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset

Minimum 4 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after the secondary school

Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience, of which
Minimum 6 years of experience with a project management methodology (e.g. Prince2)

Demonstrated experience managing technical infrastructure projects or workstreams, including datacenter operations, cloud (IaaS/PaaS), virtualization, and enterprise networking

Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies (e.g., Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, load balancers, storage systems, cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)

Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools and best practices for ensuring system reliability, performance, and security

Prince2 Practitioner certification (or PMP or equivalent)

Service management/delivery experience and understanding

Experience of industry-standard IT Governance practices

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications including MS Project, MS Excel and MS Visio

Ability to coordinate cross-functional infrastructure teams and align technical efforts with business objectives
