Definition of technical specifications for further implementation of the ESPD-EDM

Preparation of technical and business documentation and communication material for the project

Management of the technical assets and resources utilised by the project

Development and maintenance of the ESPD exchange data model and related software

Coordination and review of tasks & activities of the development team

Assistance with technical decision making and product design

Participation as a co-organiser together with the project leader in all project meetings with stakeholders

Interaction with the Open User Community and the development team

C1 level of English minimum. Any level of French is an asset.

Senior expertise in the following domains is necessary:

Translation of business requirements into technical specifications

Technical writing and developer documentation

Proficiency in the following tools and processes is also required:

Agile development and backlog/issue management (especially on GitHub)

Software lifecycle management (especially on GitHub)

Release management (especially on GitHub)

Software packaging and distribution (especially on GitHub)

The essential technologies that the candidate will be called to work with are UML design with Sparx Enterprise Architect, XML schemas, XSLT transformations, Schematron validation, JavaScript/Node.js applications, GitHub devops pipelines including build packaging and distribution.Very good knowledge of XML data modelling, schema design and UML

Good knowledge of software development with Java/JavaScript/Node.js, XSLT and Schematron

Experience in business analysis and product design

Experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum and Git source control
