Design, implementation and maintenance of the database layer of multi-tiers applications

Design, implementation and maintenance of the front-end layer of web applications

Design and development of component architecture and building blocks

Review of systems’ architecture and analysis of the integration with different other information systems

Implementation of the technical architecture

Production of software architecture documents and other relevant technical documentation Development of software components

Development and maintenance of database stored procedures

Definition and integration of database components

Assistance with deployment and configuration of the Database

Participation in technical working groups, planning and progress meetings, and meetings with the users

Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting.

B2 level of English minimum. Any level o French is considered an asset.

In-depth knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture

Good knowledge of business process analysis

Experience in web technologies, application design and programming languages

In depth knowledge of software modelling and database modelling tools

Good knowledge of application development environments/tools

Knowledge of interoperability technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus)

Good knowledge of JAVA Programming Language (11/17/21)

Good knowledge of Hibernate framework and JPA

Good knowledge of Spring Boot (REST APIs, Security)

Good knowledge of JEE framework and Enterprise Architecture

Good knowledge of Oracle DBMS (SQL, PL/SQL, Query Optimization, Indexing and Oracle text)

Good knowledge of Gitlab and/or Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and Maven

Familiarity with SonarQube, Kubernetes and CaaS is a plus.

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills

Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application architecture and design

Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team

Experience with AGILE methodologies’ principles and practices

Basic knowledge of Justice, Consumers, Migration or Home Affairs EU policies objectives

Knowledge of Justice and/or Consumers related public IT systems

Professional experience in a legal organisation or department will be considered a plus
