Provide advice and consultancy on systems architecture and security

Propose security solution for systems, functional components and services architecture solutions (e.g. SOA, ESB).

Draft security programmes, security plans, vulnerability risk assessment, security penetration testing scope and propose implementation actions

Draft and review documentation such as architecture design descriptions, security assessment reports and security configuration descriptions

Analyse the integration of different information systems and ensure their interoperability

Understand and apply TAXUD methodology and contribute to the definition of best practices, methodology changes where necessary, etc

Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders security experts and the developers

Driving the security and privacy by design activities for the project

Help and contribute to project management activities, as well as Portfolio management

Categorize events, incidents and vulnerabilities based on relevance, exposure and impact

Analyse risks, security incidents and security policy requirements and propose actions

Take an active part in developing and improving the application security, and have it understood and implemented by the team

Provide expertise in secure software development, including authentication mechanisms (OpenID Connect, SAML, CAS) and encryption (PKI, secrets management)

Implement secure IT development patterns and best practices.

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.

Knowledge of IT security frameworks, including ISO 27000, OWASP, and ITSRM best practices.

Practical experience in Security Plan and vulnerability risk assessment preparation for the complex IT systems.

Very good knowledge of IT architecture, enterprise architecture, and secure application development

Ability to present the architectural aspects to business colleagues and discuss with them the business requirements and the related architectural aspects

Ability to give business and technical presentations

Ability to cope with fast-changing technologies used in IT security and enterprise architecture.

Very good knowledge of IT architecture, enterprise architecture, and secure application development.

Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences

Capability to write clear and structured technical documents

Ability to participate in technical meetings and good communication skills

Experience in Innovation support such as Data, Big data, Blockchain, Data analytics, is required

Experience in Business Continuity management System set-up and maintenance are required.

Experience in large-scale project management in the IT field is an important asset.

Continual Service Improvement skills and experience are assets.

Project Management and Operational service management (ITIL best practice) certification are assets

Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional by ICS2 or equivalent
