Design, document, deploy, and maintain document collaboration solutions, primarily based on Microsoft SharePoint platforms.

Manage the SharePoint systems and their underlying components, including MS SQL Server databases, monitoring systems, log management systems and ancillary components.

Design and implement technical safeguards to protect information in accordance with the system requirements for handling Sensitive Non-Classified (SNC) information, as defined by the European Commission’s Security Directorate.

Develop and evaluate Proof of Concept (PoC) and prototype infrastructure solutions.

Support Project and Service Managers and solution architects in identifying technical solutions to address functional or regulatory challenges.

Participate in coordination and project meetings, providing expert technical input and contributing to planning and decision-making processes.

Provide expert assistance to relevant stakeholders in the administration and optimization of SharePoint and Microsoft 365-based systems, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of security, performance, and availability.

Deliver expert technical support on SharePoint and related technologies, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, and providing technical guidance as needed.

B2 level of English minimum. B2 level of French minimum.

University degree corresponding to EQF7 OR university degree corresponding to EQF6 + 2 years of relevant experience per each missing year of education up to 5 years

The services must be provided by a consultant having at least 15 years of experience in designing, configuring and leading the administration of large SharePoint environments.

The services must be provided by a consultant having at least one version of SharePoint technical certification (Administration or Configuration) and at least one version of additional technical certification in technology related to SharePoint (Identity Access management, SQL administration, etc.) (2010 or later).

The services must be provided by a consultant having the knowledge and expertise required in these specifications and proposed in the participant’s replies to the technical questionnaire. This will need to be proven during the live interview.
