Support and guidance in using the Atlassian Stack for the implementation of DevSecOps

Definition of best practices for requirements management, architecture, development and testing

Tailoring of all processes to cover a product approach using Atlassian stack

Analysis of the data managed by the 3 systems, with definition of data governance.

Definition of existing business processes for the management of programme (including all underlying activities), training and collaborative activities.

Reengineering of theses business processes

Definition of integration processes between these 3 systems

Quality assurance and quality control by reviewing the deliverables

Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.

Minimum 3 years’ recent practical experience in data and process modelling.

Knowledge and experience in tools supporting processes, service and data analysis activities such as ARIS (from Software AG), the IBM Rational tool suite, etc..

Experience in a public administration, preferably customs, taxation/finance or climate is an asset.

Ability to quickly acquire the knowledge of the required methodologies to be applied and prescribed by the Contracting Authority (DG TAXUD EU BPM Methodology, TEMPO, RUP@EC and any successors of these methodologies).

Analytical skills and capability to analyse problems in detail.

Ability to present results in a structured and consistent manner.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Atlassian Stack

Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control and quality assurance

Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management

Minimum 3 years of experience in programming (any language)

Minimum 3 years of experience in databases (any DB)
