Definition of the problem statement and policy objectives

Coordination and interaction with the project leaders, the business analysts and IT architect, the developers, end users

Interaction with the IT department during the business cases analysis and definition of functional requirements, drafting of the project charter and security plan

Ensuring alignment with the legal base for the EU Talent Pool and the data protection requirements

B2 level of English minimum. Any level of French is considered an asset.

Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes

Good understanding of data protection and ability to understand legal text

Good experience in drafting business requirements

Good knowledge in data assets of the Commission (NACE, ESCO,...)

Previous experience with or knowledge of similar Commission IT tools is an asset (e.g. Eures, Europass, Euraxess, etc.)

Knowledge of project management methodologies

Familiarity with IT systems and platforms
