Provide comprehensive support to the Training Manager and report to the Team Leader in all activities related to user training on SUMMA.

Maintain and enhance training content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and engaging.

Regularly update and refine training materials and resources.

Manage and update the EU Learn platform with the latest training information.

Coordinate with all unit teams to align training initiatives with strategic goals.

Support and deputise the training manager in the operational management of the external service suppliers.

Engage with external stakeholders to assess training needs.

Collect and consolidate training requirements from various Units and Directorates-General.

Monitor, follow-up and report on email requests and support tickets.

Develop and draft training documents, reference materials, and user support guides.

Execute tasks independently with a proactive, results-driven approach.

B2 level of English. Any level of French is considered and asset. 

Good knowledge of information systems matters

Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes

Good knowledge of analysis and its techniques

Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites

Experience of working in an agile environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis

Capability to speak to business and technical audiences

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings

Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment

Knowledge of the functionalities and logic of at least one SAP module
