B2 level of English minimum. Any level of French is considered an asset.

At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis, experience in the domain of the labour market and/or verifiable credential is a plus.

Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, extensive experience of ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.

Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development team

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.

Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.

Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.

Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
