Assistance and/or participation in business cases, business glossary, vision, business requirements documents and other relevant documents

Description of user requirements and functional requirements (user stories or use cases)

Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users progress meetings and meetings with the users. Regular liaison between user services and development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.

Coordination and collaboration with the project teams. Participation in Sprint Review meetings.

Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology.

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.

At least 5 years of specific expertise with requirements solicitation

At least 5 years of specific expertise with UML or BPMN

At least 3 years of specific expertise with Atlassian Jira/Confluence

Good knowledge of information systems matters.

Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.

Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).

Good Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites

Good Knowledge of requirements solicitation

Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (PM², PM² Agile or Agile Scrum)

Knowledge and experience of writing User Stories including acceptance criteria
