At least 5 years of specific expertise in [Essential] Good knowledge of information systems matters with multi-purpose platforms (i.e. single information system with multiple business purposes).

At least 5 years of specific expertise in [Essential] Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes

At least 3 years of specific expertise in [Essential] Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).

At least 2 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value

At least 5 years of specific expertise in Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.

At least 5 years of specific expertise in [Essential] Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
