Functional requirements and business cases analysis.

Functional testing of the analysed functionalities once they are implemented.

Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, users, project leaders and the developers

B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.

At least 5 years of expertise in Business Analysis

Very good knowledge of requirements gathering

Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).

Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value

Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g.Agile).

Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.

Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.

Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.

Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.

Ability to work individually as well as in a team

Good communication and drafting skills in English. Aptitudes in reporting
